Abdullah Abbas al-Iriani is a Yemeni novelist and writer. He studied at Cairo University and received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1984. He wrote several novels and collections of stories as well as a play. His works were translated into Italian and are included in the Anthology of Yemeni Literature in 2009.
