Sabri Musa was a novelist, journalist and screenwriter born in Damietta Governorate in 1932. He worked as a painting teacher for one year, then became a journalist in Al-Jumhuriya Newspaper, then a full-time writer at the Rose Al Yousef Foundation and later on he became a member of its Board of Directors, then a member of the Arab Writers Union, and a rapporteur of the story committee in the Supreme Council of Culture.
